Each order constitutes an offer to purchase the items at the price displayed (which includes applicable taxes, delivery, and other charges) at the time the order is placed. We may require additional information or confirmation to process your order, and you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date details as requested.

Payment

We currently accept payment by bank transfer only. Please ensure that your payment is made promptly to confirm your order. Other payment options, including credit card payments, are under development and may be offered in the future. Should any items become unavailable after your order is placed and you do not wish to receive a substitute, the items will be removed from your order and a refund issued accordingly.

Product Availability and Quality

While we make every effort to ensure our frozen food products are available and maintained under optimal conditions, unforeseen circumstances such as supply chain issues may affect availability. In the event of a product being unavailable, we will contact you via email or phone to discuss alternatives or cancellation.

Handling Frozen and Perishable Items

Due to the nature of frozen and perishable products, proper handling and storage are essential. We use industry-standard cold chain management practices, including specialized packaging and refrigerated transport, to maintain product quality. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that products are received promptly and stored according to the provided guidelines. Harvestime is not liable for any product quality issues resulting from delayed collection or improper storage after delivery.

Cold Chain Management and Storage

Upon collection or delivery, please inspect your order immediately. Products must be stored in appropriate freezer conditions as specified in the product guidelines. Once the frozen products leave our controlled environment, Harvestime cannot guarantee their continued quality if storage instructions are not followed.

Acceptance and Rejection of an Order

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including errors in product descriptions or pricing, or if the products are unavailable. Each accepted order constitutes a separate binding agreement for the supply of the products in accordance with these terms. You will be notified promptly if your order is rejected.

Collection and Delivery

For orders placed with Harvestime, you agree to follow the specified collection or delivery procedures. For self-collection, photographic identification and the card used for payment may be required. If a third party collects your order, they must provide proof of identity and the relevant payment details. For delivered orders, please ensure that someone is available to receive the products at the scheduled time. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in order cancellation.

Risk and Title

The risk associated with the products passes to you upon collection or delivery from Harvestime. Title to the products transfers upon the later of payment or physical collection/delivery.

Cancellation of an Order

We reserve the right to cancel any order, whether pending or accepted, if the products become unavailable, if there is an error in the pricing or product details on the Site, or if you breach these terms and conditions. In such cases, you will receive reasonable notice, and any payment made (including packing and handling fees) will be fully refunded. If you cancel an accepted order, a cancellation fee (or the actual costs incurred by Harvestime, including charges related to perishable products) may be applied.

Fees and Charges

You are responsible for paying the purchase price of each product, along with any applicable packing fees, cancellation fees, and other charges. All fees include GST where applicable and are quoted in Australian dollars. The purchase price displayed at the time of ordering is final, subject to any adjustments for unavailable products.

Delivery

Our aim is to deliver orders within a standard timeframe that reflects the complexities of transporting frozen goods. For local deliveries (Sydney and surrounding areas), delivery is estimated within 0–4 working days. For locations beyond this radius—including regions such as Wollongong, the Central Coast, Newcastle, and Port Macquarie—delivery may take between 7–14 days. Please note that unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather or logistical challenges) may cause delays.

Liability and Indemnity

Harvestime takes all reasonable steps to maintain the quality and safety of our frozen food products. However, once products have been collected or delivered, the responsibility for proper storage and handling passes to you. Harvestime will not be liable for any loss, damage, or deterioration of products resulting from delays in collection or improper storage conditions. You agree to indemnify and hold Harvestime harmless from any claims arising out of your failure to comply with these storage or handling instructions.
